The process - Stage 3

You decide which au pair/s you have selected and at this stage we will arrange suitable times for you to call them. These are to establish that their English is at the level you thought it was and to generally have a chat. Once you have confirmed the placement with your chosen au pair, we would encourage you to keep in regular contact - telephoning, texting or emailing until he/she arrives in the UK. On confirmation, you then need to write a letter of invitation to your au pair - so everyone is clear on the hours and duties required, and the pocket money to be paid each week. Due to the various changes in the EU - most young people do not require visas to be au pairs in the UK
